This week, you learned about marketing funnels and creating content designed to attract and
convert users. The basic marketing funnel starts with awareness—the moment when a
consumer becomes aware of your product or service. The next step is consideration, when a
consumer is evaluating your product or service, perhaps comparing it to competitors.
Conversion is the stage when consumers finally convert and purchase. Delight is the stage after
consumers have become customers, when companies will try to get the customer to purchase
again and to refer new customers.
