University of The Rockies Exercise and Academic Performance Discussion

Imagine you are asked to speak to your fellow classmates about one of the following topics: 1) exercising 2) recycling, or 3) activism. Each of these are broad topics that could be approached by many different angles. Choose one of these topics and explain how you would narrow the topic to a specific focus? If the topic includes information that most of us likely already know, how would you put a new take on this topic? How would you make the topic relevant to your audience?
