Select a project without a current dashboard. This project may be one you have, are, or will work on, or you may select a project from research. Then assume that you, as the project manager, need to present your approach to developing the dashboard to the project’s key stakeholders. Prepare a slide deck to:

Describe the dashboard design process,

Characterize the dashboard that you would like to propose and explain each component including metric categories, metrics, and

• Identify the inputs needed for creating your project’s dashboard, and who should be involved in its creation and its distribution.
• Presentation Requirements:
• Be sure to properly organize the content and include slides for the introduction, slides for each of the numbered items above, a conclusion, and a reference page.

Your slide deck should consist of at least 9 slides with speaker notes. The slide count does not include the required title slide and reference slide.
