MATH 105 Final Exam, Spring 2022•
There are 100 points available on the final and each problem is marked with its worth.
This exam is worth 12 points toward your final grade in the course. So, your score will
be converted to a number based on a max of 12 points. For example, if you score a
50%, you’ll earn 6 points toward your final grade (50% of 12 = 6). 75% = 9 points and
100% = 12 points, etc.

The exam has 4 parts.

The exam is available on the first day of week 8.

You may take as long as you like on this exam, but you must complete and submit to
your LEO classroom assignment folder by 11:59 pm on the last day of class.

1. (10 pts) You will have a $350,000 mortgage for 30 years at the rate of 2.39%. What will

3. (10 pts) You decide to do some remodeling in the kitchen. Your parents agree to lend

the interest be $360.
4. (10 pts) If the $6000.00 was invested in a savings account that paid 2.5% interest
compounded monthly, how much interest would be earned after 3 years?
