Revision policy

Coursehelponline.com offers free revisions for all our orders if a client is not satisfied with the paper delivered to them. Our goal is to provide students with high quality academic help to improve their performance. When you order a paper with us, you can be sure to have your paper revised free-of-charge. Your request must meet the following criteria to have your paper revised free of charge. 

• Consistent instructions. To have your paper revised free of charge, you must ensure your revision instructions are similar to the initial instructions of your order. This means you cannot ask for revision with new instructions.
• Proper revision request. To have your paper revised, there is a process that must be followed. You have to press the special revision request on your personal order page to set your paper on revision. This means you cannot send a revision request via email or phone.
• One week deadline. You can request for a free revision within 14 days as long as you have not approved the order. Once the order has been approved you only have 7 days to request for a free revision.

There are case where you will be required to pay an additional fee for the revision. In case the order needs major enhancements, change to large significant parts or you need the order rewritten from scratch, you will have to pay an extra fee. The one week deadline does not apply for big orders such as thesis and dissertation. This orders are subject to Progressive Delivery feature. They are normally sent to you in parts. The writer completes a chapter and it is sent to you. For this orders, a revision request should be sent within 21 days after the initial approval of the order.

Sometimes we extend a revision deadline according to writer’s request if your time frame allows the extension. You are also allowed to request the revision be done by a different writer. In this case, we will need time to find an available qualified writer and thus we might require you to extend the deadline with up to 12 hours.
