The report will be split into two sections.

Section 1:AC 1.1, 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 3.1, 3.2

Section 2:AC 2.1, 2.2, 2.3

Presentation of assessment

Your report must include a cover page, contents page, an

introduction at the start which briefly outlines the content of

both sections of the report (1 and 2), a main body (made up

of answers to each of the ACs under relevant subheadings

i.e., 1.1). You will need to include a conclusion and

recommendations at the end of your report in response to 2.3.

Make sure you offer these headings in the relevant areas as

this is an assessed element.

Any assessments submitted after 10am Monday the 15th of April 2024 where an assessment criteria does not include a reference (except those assessment criteria that relate to self-assessment or data analysis) the assessment criteria will be “Failed” (referred). It is important to note that you will be allowed to resubmit your assessment, provided that the submission containing the lack of referencing is not your final submission attempt.
