• This case study assignment examines the use of predictive analytics to address an ongoing dilemma of extending customer credit card services while attempting to mitigate costly fraudulent activities. Often the expansion of additional credit card services also potentially increases fraudulent claims. This case will reinforce the value of data mining techniques and their role in predictive analytics.
