Write each as a decimal. Round to the thousandths place
1) 60 % = 60 / 100 = 0.6
2) 112.4 % = 112.4 / 100 = 1.124
Write each as a percent. Round to the nearest tenth of a percent
3) 0.072 = 0.072 X 100 = 7.2 %
4) 3.58 = 3.58 X 100 = 358 %

2) Two years ago, a ticket to the football game was $20. This
year, the price has been increased by 60%. What is the price
of this ticket this year?
60 % X $ 20 = (60/100) X $20 = $ 12
$ 20 + $ 12 = $ 32
The price of the ticket this year is $ 32
