These are not always related to urban land uses; but have also dealtwith rural land use issues and how certain uses disproportionately impact marginalized orunderrepresented peoples. Look into this topic. How have the voices of underrepresented ormarginalized people in Louisiana (do not feel like you have to focus only on New Orleans)worked to be heard? What are the issues that they are concerned about?
