This week, your textbook covered modern-day media and writing for social media platforms.
The way professionals write for social media is, and should be, different than writing for other
media. Additionally, each social platform should be treated independently rather than be
lumped into the same group of social media when building a communications plan. Finally, the
way each platform works from a paid (ad) perspective and an organic perspective can vary
wildly.
