After reading the below articles, for this week’s discussion, please analyze the roles of social learning theory and social cognitive learning theory as they relate to employee motivation and behavior modification. After you have made your discussion board posting, respond to a minimum of two other students specifically comparing your views with those stated by others. Initial posts are due Wednesdays by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) and response posts are due Sunday by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time).
