After reading the articles below, for this week’s discussion, please analyze the various individual factors that influence employee perceptions that affect the organization. Global/cultural issues must be included.

After you have made your discussion board posting, respond to at least two other students specifically comparing and contrasting your views with those stated by others. Initial posts are due Wednesdays by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) and a minimum of two response posts are due Sundays by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time).

As a reminder, resources should be used to support your responses. Please do not use Wikipedia as it is not considered a credible resource.
